The location was good. Many attractions were nearby. public transport was easily accessible.
The bed they call a king was barely 140 cm wide and horribly uncomfortable. I didn't sleep a wink and my back ached. breakfast was not included initially. the shower was either cold or scalding, there was no middle ground.

The room was clean, it had good bathroom amenities , and the service met my expectations. I appreciated the well presented breakfast selection with the best freshly pressed juices. The breakfast staff seemed friendly and efficient. The location was excellent for my itinerary.
i found that one of the plates was put back at the buffet station, and it was still soiled with another guest's food.

The room was super spacious. The bathroom featured a comfortable bathtub. I found luxury products from Balmain, which elevated the experience. I controlled the integrated sound system easily from a central panel.
The lighting controls allowed us to create different scenes with warm or cool lights, enhancing the ambiance I was expecting more from a luxury hotel

The hotel is at Potsdamer Platz, which has a great food hall. There is lots of shopping available here. A train station is adjacent to the hotel.

The pool offers amazing views of the city skyline. The jacuzzi was equally excellent. The outdoor area provided a perfect spot for sunbathing. I enjoyed the Piano Bar.

The suite had a beautiful living room with a fridge and a desk. It included two bathrooms. The master bath was spacious. I found great bath products. There was nice lighting especially if you enjoy reading in bed.
The air conditioning was set to full cooling on the dial in the room, but did nothing more than a faint fizzle.

The hotel had a convenient location for accessing nearby attractions. I found the sushi at the VOX restaurant quite competent. The room was clean, and the bed was comfortable for sleeping.
I found the front desk staff unfriendly. They seemed annoyed when I inquired about the hotel Wi-Fi. The room I stayed in had a noticeable smell of smoke.
